RiskPAC overview
RiskPAC consists of three modules which you can
use stand alone or in combination.
RiskPAC Questionnaire
Designer
This module is used to design new questionnaires
or modify existing questionnaires. The final
result contains the knowledgebase about a
particular subject. The base is comprised of
questions about the subject matter, possible
responses to the questions, and recommendations
relating to the subject matter. You can assign
questions to report groups and determine the
importance of each question and group by
assigning scores. You can determine if a
question is mandatory or optional, and add help
text to questions to assist the participants of
a survey. Depending on an answer you can branch
over a number of questions to continue the
survey. Several reports are included to provide
you with a quick insight into the results of the
survey.
RiskPAC Survey Manager
You can have the questionnaire completed by as
many participants as you see fit. You decide
whether you want to conduct a local or worldwide
survey. The participant responds to the question
in the survey, but cannot change anything on the
questionnaire itself, or view the scoring of the
responses (unless you give access to the
Questionnaire Designer). This ensures that the
survey is handled in a consistent way and
reduces the introduction of respondent biases –
resulting in surveys that are 100% consistent
and thus comparable. The participant has the
ability to enter text if the answer needs
clarification. After completion the survey can
be modified to correct errors. Surveys can be
combined to obtain a broader view of the subject
of the questionnaire across your organization.
RiskPAC Survey Manager
The RiskPAC Satellite module is available
free-of-charge providing an easy method of
distributing questionnaires to end-users. Users
answer the questionnaire interactively on their
own PC, and return the results to a central
location for analysis via e-mail, network or CD
for analysis. This saves time by eliminating the
need for face-to-face interviews or manual
reentry of user responses. It also makes it easy
to compare surveys from various end-users.
