RecoveryPAC SBE
The
Small
Business
Edition
(SBE) of RecoveryPAC is
the latest addition to our suite of continuity
planning products enabling small organizations to
develop their BCP is a matter of days. Just as
important as timeliness is that the end result is
"auditor proof". A template is included making
planning as simple as replacing the generic
resource data with your own specific data. The use
of a relational database not only makes the
development efficient, but also ensures easy
on-going maintenance. Keep in mind that the SBE
version is upwards compatible with the other
RecoveryPAC products, providing a natural
migration path by enabling you to purchase
features as your needs may increase.
SBE was developed to provide an affordable way for
small organizations to develop a comprehensive
business continuity plan. Why pay for features
that you will not use? Larger organizations may
require such functionality as tasks libraries,
multiple databases, unlimited number of teams, and
multiple manuals…. not smaller organizations.
RecoveryPAC Lite
RecoveryPAC Lite version was developed for the
medium-sized companies or for divisions of larger
organizations that require independent business
continuity plans. RecoveryPAC Lite is frequently
used by organizations that are part of a chain of
businesses and where the central development of a
"blue print" business continuity plan is used by
all. An example would be a large bank that is
using the full version for their headquarters, but
uses the Lite version for their remote offices.
Consistency is present by using the same
methodology, including the same format for the
manuals, etc., however it is much more cost
effective.
RecoveryPAC Full
RecoveryPAC Full version was designed for
organizations to develop and maintain
enterprise-wide BCP’s on a single PC or to install
it on a server for use over a local or wide-area
network. To ensure organization-wide control of
your BCP, it contains modules such Test/Activate
incident management, advanced call tree facility,
and import/export wizard. It also provides a
platform for multiple databases for an intelligent
breakdown of your plan into manageable parts,
instant Gantt chart generation, HTML and PDF
electronic publishing for printing and viewing via
the Web and much more.
RecoveryPAC Web
RecoveryPAC Web contains the same proven intuitive
user interface found in our RecoveryPAC Full
version. You can access RecoveryPAC Web and
planning data from any PC with an internet browser
– at the office, from home, or while on the road.
The integrated automated email alert notification
system allows business continuity administrators
to instantly send email alerts and reminders to
the entire recovery organization. Or to select
group of recovery team members … with just a
simple click of a mouse. Providing true
cross-platform support, RecoveryPAC Web runs on
both Windows and Unix servers and supports
RecoveryPAC Web planner client’s using Internet
Explorer and Netscape, as well as Apple Macintosh
with OS X and Safari.
As an added feature, our RiskPAC risk analysis
product’s Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
questionnaire module results can be imported
into our RecoveryPAC products … now your
