You might wonder how HaXer can talk about proven methodology and many years of experience if it was only founded during 2005!
The knowledge of HaXer comes via the management and staff. Continuity Planning Associates (CPA) founded in 1984 was for many years a distributor of CSCI, at that time the owner of some of the current products. In this role the companies worked closely with IBM and HP to make the utilization of the software products extremely successful internationally.

In 2005 CPA management obtained CSCI and founded HaXer LLC, the company that now holds all the software rights. At the same time  CPACS, LLC was founded. CPACS continued to market the former CSCI customers with the remaining former CSCI staff. For transparancy purposes the shares of both CPACS as HaXer are in VerZel.

As from 2005 HaXer worked diligent developing new products and upgrading existing products demonstrating HaXer’s commitment to continue to invest in the market. Product development used a more global approach and the "easy to use when needed" approach was emphasized more.
